Management now can monitor Promax Online usage by their employees. Simply enter the same dealer number, user name, and password that you would use to log in to Promax. The report displays inventory information, including the number of unbooked units in stock, total number of new and used vehicles in stock, and the total number of new and used vehicles 60 days old or older. You will also see the total cost displayed next to the number of units, as well as the difference between the total cost of used units compared to NADA Trade In value.

You will also see detail on each employee, including such categories as the number of new customers entered, Credit Bureaus pulled, Appointments set, deals calculated (and the method), proposals and F&I menus printed, and Email sent and received through Promax Online.
