manufactures. OEM leads can be sent directly into your ProMax

vendor and create a seamless lead management and sales system
for your staff.
Since each lead source is set up individually, reports are automatically

· Duplicate Lead Handling - ProMax can be configured
to identify and track duplicate Internet leads by source.
Our robust configuration allows you to determine the
type of dupe match performed, what action to take, and
whether to send a duplicate lead email notification to
the provider. This powerful ILM feature will allow you to
stop paying multiple vendors for the same leads and
get the credits you deserve.
We have also developed two powerful reports for tracking
individual leads (Dupe Lead Detail) and lead sources
(Dupe Lead Summary) for duplicates. The reports are
populated automatically, making end-of-month review
a cinch.
· Lead Assignment - Based on your dealership's philosophy, you can configure each lead source to assign new leads in multiple ways. Leaving a lead unassigned, assigning to a single employee, or a "round-robin" system of distributing new leads is available.
· New Lead Notifications - When a dealership employee is assigned a new lead, they are notified in the ProMax ILM software a new lead has arrived. Additional notifications via email addresses and SMS text alerts are also available.
