Q. Can I use ProMax Unlimited on all of my computers?
A. Yes, if your computers have Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional with Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer. High speed Internet access is recommended for faster operating speed.

Q. Does ProMax Unlimited interface with ADP and Reynolds & Reynolds?
A. Yes. ProMax Unlimited interfaces with both systems to update vehicle inventory data and to upload deals. ProMax Unlimited also interfaces with other DMS systems.

Q. Does ProMax Unlimited integrate with Route One?
A.Yes. ProMax Unlimitedis a certified integration partner with Route One. ProMax Unlimitedusers can submit credit applications with structured deals to Route One lenders as well as receive credit decisions without leaving ProMax Unlimited.

Q. Does ProMax Unlimited integrate with DealerTrack?
A. Yes. You can also send credit applications to lenders outside the DealerTrack Network by fax right from ProMax Unlimited.

Q. Can I use ProMax Unlimited for prospect and customer follow-up?
A. Yes. ProMax Unlimitedincludes, at no extra charge, very comprehensive customer relationship management tools, including individual daily workplans for all salespersons follow up activities and appointments, E mail marketing and much more.

Q. Can I work all of my prospects, including Internet and walk in traffic?
A. Yes. Walk in traffic can be logged in with a scan of a driver's license or manual entry either in the ProMax Unlimitedprogram or the EZ Up log on screen. Internet prospects will be separated into an Internet Prospect Log until you want to transfer them to an active log. You can also work ProLink credit hotline leads and BK list leads from separate logs in the program.

Q. Can I work lease deals in ProMax Unlimited?
A. Yes. We update all of your lease and balloon source programs. I addition, we update all national rebates for all of your franchises so you can always find the best and most profitable deal for every customer.

Q. I know you handle special finance calculations, but do you update those lender programs?

Q. Does ProMax Unlimited have the capability to print my contracts and forms for sales and leasing transactions?
A. Yes. ProMax Unlimited can print all of your contracts and forms required for a vehicles delivery for leasing, financing and cash deals. Our turnaround time for programming new forms is very short and our forms fees are generally lower than our competitors. The deal data is then exported to your ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds system.

Q. Can I pull credit bureau reports using ProMax Unlimited?
A. Yes. You can pull reports from Trans Union, Experian and Equifax. It takes about three seconds to pull a report. The reports are retained for three years to help you comply with certain governmental regulations.

Q. Credit reports brings up the subject of security and privacy of customer information. How secure is ProMax Online?
A. First of all, we have ProMax Unlimited certified by TruSecure to ensure that the data is secure over the Internet. Second, we provide the dealership with the ability to limit access to data for each employee who is assigned a User ID and Password.

Q. If a salesperson is fired or quits, can they delete or take their customer and prospect information with them.
A. No. You can limit their access to enter data and to read only. They can not delete accounts or run reports. The minute they are fired or quit you can terminate their access. You can also assign their customers and prospects to a different salesperson at that time.

Q. You mention ProMax Unlimited can replace up to 8 different software systems. What are they?
A. Q. I own multiple dealerships. What can ProMax Unlimited do to help me sell more vehicles?
A. First of all, you can share vehicle inventory information between the dealerships to help reduce lost sales. If you don't have a vehicle the customer wants on one lot, you may have the right vehicle on another lot which you can find before the customer walks. Second, if a prospect goes to a second store after visiting one of your other stores first, ProMax Unlimited will alert the second store when the prospect is logged in, and provide trade-in information and whether a credit report was pulled. If your dealership structure allows you to share credit reports between stores you can share that information also.

Q. It all sounds great, but how do I know my employees are using the system?
A. We provide designated managers with online access to a ProMax Unlimited Usage report, which shows detailed activity for each employee. You will know who is doing their job, and who isn't. The report also gives you a vehicle inventory summary showing inventory unit and value report of new and used, and an aged inventory unit and value report. This report is up-to-date, minute by minute. If you want more data from ProMax Online, custom management reports accessing hundreds of fields of data can be easily configured. Best of all, these reports can be accessed by you anytime and anywhere from any PC with Internet access. You will never be out of touch with your business with ProMax Unlimited.

Q. What about training?
A. Training is provided at no additional cost to you at our ProMax Unlimited Training Center. You can send an unlimited number of employees to our ProMax Unlimited training sessions during the life of your contract. Send your new employees at no charge - a well trained employee will always provide more revenue for the dealership. This saves you time and money, versus individual training sessions for up to 8 different software vendors.
